Common questions
What is a session?
A session is counted the first time the VRE engine loads for a visitor in a browser tab.
Refreshes and re-runs reuse the same session ID and don't count again.
A new tab, different browser, or different visitor typically starts a new session.
What are authorized domains?
Authorized domains are the exact hostnames you allow to embed your VRE runtime.
Only requests from those hostnames count against your quota.
Use a hostname you control — avoid shared-root domains like
github.io or vercel.app
and use your full subdomain like yourname.github.io instead.
Will the free plan go away?
No. The free tier is intended to be permanent for testing and small projects.
Session and domain limits may be adjusted as we learn more from real-world usage.
Do I need a credit card to get started?
No. The free plan requires only an account — no payment information needed.
